1. About Withio

Withio is operated by Conexum Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17305207. Withio is a discovery and social platform that helps people find others to attend live events with. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Withio.

2. We do not sell tickets

Withio is not a ticket agent, reseller, broker or payment processor. We link out to third-party ticketing platforms (such as Ticketmaster) where you complete any purchase directly with them under their terms. We never hold your money, hold tickets in escrow, or guarantee availability, pricing or entry.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Withio. You agree to provide accurate profile information and to keep your account credentials secure.

4. User conduct & safety

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, both inside the app and in person. Meet in public, tell someone where you're going, and trust your instincts. Withio does not background-check users. Harassment, hate speech, solicitation, ticket touting and impersonation will result in removal.

5. Subscriptions

Withio Plus is an optional paid subscription that unlocks matching and messaging features. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer law.

6. Third-party content

Event information is provided by third parties and may be inaccurate, outdated or change without notice. We may earn an affiliate commission when you book via partner links — this is paid by the partner and does not increase your ticket price.

7. Disclaimer & liability

Withio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, your dealings with other users, or any third-party ticketing platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
